Before TWC, Bryan was the chief meteorologist for WTVJ news in Miami Florida. His coverage of Hurricane Andrew in 1992 earned him popularity and prominence across the region of Atlanta and the USA. Norcross began his broadcasting career as a disc jockey for WTAI news in Melbourne Florida after his college graduation in 1968. He also appeared on-air for the first time as a college intern at WTAL FM and WFSU FM.
From there, Norcross went on to work as an engineer at WFSU-TV in Tallahassee and WXIA news in Atlanta. In 1974, he was promoted to acting production manager at the same station back in 1974. Bryan was then transferred to KUSA News in Denver the following year.
A few years later, Bryan was promoted and transferred to WLKY TV news in Louisville. He went on to work as a weekend weather forecaster for CNN News in 1980 after receiving his Master. He was then moved to KGO News, WXIA news until he finally joined WPLG ABC News 10 in 2018 where he is currently working. Bryan likes traveling and spending time with his family and traveling across the world whenever he is not forecasting.
