What Happened To Anita? Padilla is a two-time Emmy award-winning multimedia journalist widely known for her work on FOX 32 News based in Chicago. Before FOX 32, she first began her career as an intern for a famous reporter named Bill Kurtis on WBBM-TV. During her time with Kurtis, Anita was able to get experience covering various major political events and major breaking news across the metropolitan area of Chicago and across the United States.

Prior to her work on WBBM, she was also a traffic reporter and anchor for WFTV in Orlando for close to five years before announcing her official departure from the station. her most memorable stories and events include covering the murder of a civilian who was carjacked in Orlando and armed stories.  She then went on to work as an investigative reporter for WMAQ Channel 5 news.
