Bill Meck is a Qualified American broadcast Meteorologist currently serving as the Chief Meteorologist for the Storm Tracker weather team for WLEX News 18. He joined the station in 1999 after completing his tenure at WOI-DT News based in Des Moines, Iowa. Meck even spent three years working as the chief weather anchor and reporter for WSLS TV-based Roanoke, Virginia. He formed the Bill Weather 101 news presentation kids program. He also appeared as a weekend meteorologist for WTHR News based in Indianapolis before moving to Kentucky.
