Prior to interning at KARE 11, she also worked as a columnist for four months at Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc. As a writer, she worked overnight to prepare for morning newscasts and wrote local, national and international broadcasts content. She helped gather information and research stories while helping morning producers create their newscasts. She assisted in producing, creating banners and graphics, formatting technical commands and writing content in several different broadcast formats.
