He then, completely unaware of the discomfort he is causing Leonard, recounts their high school days with joy. After placing his beer order, Jimmy approaches Leonard and requests his assistance in creating glasses that display non-3D films in 3D, stating that Leonard was “the smartest person” he could think of.
Sheldon defends Leonard and demands that Jimmy accept responsibility for the horrific crimes he committed against Leonard when he was a teenager. A list of everything he did to Leonard is presented to him. They leave after Leonard responds that it wasn’t fun for him and Jimmy claims that he thought they were only having a little fun. Later, a wasted Jimmy arrives at Leonard’s apartment with the list and begins to make amends for everything he did to him in the past.He spends the night with Leonard because he does not want him to drive while intoxicated.
Jimmy wakes up the following morning forgetting to apologize to Leonard. When he is reminded of it, he calls Leonard “Nancy” once more and criticizes him for harboring resentment, making it clear that Jimmy only apologized because he was intoxicated and doesn’t remember doing so. By taking a position, Leonard orders Jimmy to leave and pushes against him, but not hard enough to hurt him. The men are then seen fleeing from a furious Jimmy by sprinting down the stairs.
