Lori Fullbright co-anchors the 5, 6, and 10 p.m. news each evening alongside Craig Day. Before joining the News On 6 team in 1992, Lori worked at KSPR-TV in Springfield, Missouri, KTVO-TV in Kirksville, Missouri, and KOMU-TV in Columbia, Missouri.
For 31 years, she has served as the station’s crime reporter, covering countless crime scenes and interviewing thousands of crime victims, as well as hundreds of criminals and law enforcement officers. Lori frequently speaks to groups across the state about crime safety and how to avoid current cons, fraud, and scams.
In 2020, Lori was inducted into the Oklahoma Journalism Hall of Fame. She received further recognition in 2023 when she was inducted into the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Hall of Fame for her extensive coverage of crime victims and her efforts in educating citizens on safety.
Lori is a four-time Emmy award winner and received a Regional Edward R. Murrow Award for her 30-minute documentary on missing people in Oklahoma. Additionally, she won a KATY award for her story about a murder suspect who surrendered to her at the News On 6 studios.
