Before joining KWES-TV, she worked as a meteorologist for two years at KLBK-TV in Lubbock, Texas. While in Lubbock, she worked as a broadcast meteorologist where she covered South Plains and Rolling Plains of Texas. She prepared and executed weather segments during the 5, 6, and 10 pm shows during the week. She also worked with WSI graphics and she is also known in the Weather Central. She also has experience in reporting, conducting interviews and editing.
Before working at KLBK, she worked as a meteorologist intern for four months at WFFA, in Dallas, Texas. She also interned at KBTX Media as a meteorologist at Bryan/College Station in Texas.
