In the recently opened Downtown Allentown Market in Allentown, Pennsylvania, Robert Irvine opened Fresh Kitchen by Robert Irvine in September 2019. It was the second Fresh Kitchen location; the first, which opened in 2016, is situated inside The Pentagon in Washington, D.C. The Allentown restaurant was forced to close during the COVID-19 pandemic, and it was announced that it would not reopen.
