Syngal oversaw Old Navy, Gap Inc.’s largest brand, from 2016 to 2020. During her leadership, the brand’s sales increased from $7 billion to $8 billion, it opened more than 1,200 stores in North America, it scaled its e-commerce site to become the fourth-largest apparel site in the United States, and it developed competitive omnichannel capabilities.
