Tim currently serves as communications director of the City Of Glens Falls, a freelancer of play-by-play for The NFHS Network and Capital Region Sports Net based in New York. He started working as at the City of Glen Falls Director in October 2022. Previously, he served as a meteorologist and multimedia journalist for nine years at WTEN-TV in Albany, New York. He joined the station back in 2013. Drawbridge appeared alongside Rob Lindenmuth, Matt Mackie, and Jill Szwed as they give the best and most accurate Weather reports. Previously, he worked as a weather anchor for WNCE Channel 8 News in 1991 and WVNY in Vermont in 1991. Tim is also a member of the American Meteorological Society where he earned a TV Seal Approval from them in 1998.
He was also recognized as the Best TV Weather Anchor in the Capital Region by the Metroland Newsweekly in 2004, 2005, 2007, and then 2011. Tim first began his career as an intern for WVNY-Tv before finally leaving the station for greener pastures. In 1997, he built a professional weather department and met Coach Tom Izzo as he went to work for WESM-TV in Lansing Michigan. In 2002, Tim worked for WXN -TV in Fort Myers to deal with the various unpredictable tropical climate of Florida and its environs. In 2003, he worked for Capital News 9 which is now known as Time Warner Cable or Spectrum News.
