Corso’s coaching career includes stints as head football coach at the University of Louisville (1969–1972), Indiana University Bloomington (1973–1982), and Northern Illinois University (1984). Across these positions, he amassed a career college football coaching record of 73–85–6. Additionally, Corso led the Orlando Renegades of the United States Football League in 1985, where he achieved a record of 5–13.
