Bree embarked on her meteorology studies at Florida State University and successfully completed her degree with honors at Florida International University. While in Florida, she gained valuable experience as an intern at WPLG-TV. In 2011, Bree relocated to her husband’s hometown of St. Louis and joined KSDK as the weekend meteorologist. Missouri became her base for five years, where she diligently tracked tornadoes, winter storms, and the significant New Year’s flooding of 2016. During this time, she had the incredible opportunity to showcase her weather expertise alongside Al Roker on the TODAY show. In addition, she was appointed as a Featured Contributor for the TODAY Parenting Team in the same year.

Bree has made noteworthy contributions to the field of meteorology and has been recognized for her achievements. She is an Emmy-nominated meteorologist and holds memberships in both the National Weather Association and the American Meteorological Society. In 2015, her exceptional weather casting skills were acknowledged with a Weathercast Certificate of Merit from the Missouri Broadcasters Association.
