Kathy Orr is an American broadcast meteorologist currently serving as the evening weather anchor for FOX 29 News in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She joined the station in September 2015. Before FOX 39, Kathy worked as the weather forecaster for CBS 3’s Eyewitness News and CBS3’s sister radio stations which are WIP and KYW News radio. Se has won eight Mid-Atlantic regional Emmy awards for her spot-on weather reports and updates.
