Ruth Rogers is an American-British chef who possesses and runs the Michelin-featured Italian eatery The Waterway Bistro in Hammersmith, London. She is the widow of the Italian-conceived English modeler Richard Rogers and Nobleman Rogers of Riverside (Ruler Rogers).
