Silverang currently serves as a weekend evening meteorologist at WPBF 25 in West Palm Beach Florida. She joined the WPBF station in June 2020. Before joining WPBF, she worked as a meteorologist for three years and seven months at WINK News in Fort Myers, Florida. She anchored the weather on Weekend mornings Saturday from 6-10 am and Sunday from 6-11 and 1130 – noon. She was also part of the WINK News team and Monday- Wednesday from 9-10 am and noon. While on WINK News she covered Hurricane Irma.
Prior to joining WINK News, she served as the weekend meteorologist and weekday reporter for two years at KLFY-TV in Lafayette, Lousiana. There she was the weekend meteorologist for Early Morning Passe-Partout Show and Evening 6 pm and 10 pm shows across Acadiana, Southern Louisiana. She also worked as a weekday general assignment reporter and a multimedia journalist finding her own stories writing scripts on ENPS and editing her own footage.
